On the upside...

My local comic shop asked me to dress up as Harley for Free Comic Book Day. I of course did and then stopped by another store. They were casting a fanfilm to take place in Saratoga and close to where I am going to school. I auditioned and they want me to play Harley.


I need to remake the outfit. T_T Filming starts soon!


I also picked up the adam hughes Harley bust for 30 and the Harley snowglobe for 10. Its kind of awesome that all the comic shop owners in the area know me as the girl who loves Harley. :D

So I am obviously not attending Otakon. Which kind of really blows.

My Graduation party is that weekend which is...retarded because most of my friends whom I would like to attend my party are at Otakon.

It was supposed to be the week after but my cousin whom I am having the party with wanted to attend country music fest. WHAT THE FUCK.

But i kinda understand because Otakon was a 1000 dollar weekend last year...I really go to cons to see my friends now. I'm working 30 hours a week as it is and I still prolly have to take out student loans.

This was the best convention that I have...ever been to pretty much. I absolutely loved it. I didn't get to do alot due to the neverending photo taking but it was still amazing. People were SO NICE.
Bought awesome stuff.
Much lulz were had.

Plus, I cant remember the last time I have enjoyed being in costume so much. Cause after like...a few years of picking characters based on design, I have finally picked one based on a character I LOVE. And it was awesome. I plan on making the rest of Harleys outfits. And making my dog be a hyena. :D

So, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is at the end of this month! Hooray! No more practice for that then!

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is only Tuesday and Thursday, and I am only working like 12 hours a week now. Im almost caught up in school from the flu and generally doing well.

Cosplay wise :

HOLY BAJEESUS ITS BEEN LIKE 8 MONTHS. I AM HAVING MAJOR WITHDRAWAL. I would really like to go to Anime Boston, but that will only work if I find someone to ride/room with since it is my sisters birthday and my Mom can't leave. If not I will have to wait to NYCC. But this year, I will most definitely be at AnimeNEXT, Connecticon and I would pee with joy if I could make it to Ota, and I have money now, so I may be able to!

Costume wise :

I started Kidd from Chrono Cross for Genericon but, didnt finish since I wasnt able to go, so if I make it to AB, I will wear her, most definitely! I've been trying to loose a little weight and exercise in order to wear this so, hopefully It'll look alright.





NYCC is a 100 percent definite! And there is going to be some mad sexy Batman cosplay going on. =)))) I'll be making Harley Quinn, my friend Steve is doing the Joker and I know Carly is doing Catwoman. Erica and her boyfriend are Poison Ivy and the Penguin and I know Alyssa had spoken on making Ivy as well.

I have realized that I will look RETARDED in this outfit. (Harley even looks ridiculous) But i love her so freaking much I really could care less. BESIDES EVERYONE IN THE GROUP IS ALREADY RIDICULOUSLY GOOD LOOKING.



I am still hell bent on making Medusa, and she will probably be done for AnimeNEXT this year...
